Abstract
⺠We use MWNTs and functional MWNTs to use as a drug delivery system to load with a poorly water-soluble drug. ⺠We used three methods to load the model drug. ⺠We studied the drug loading mechanism through many detection means. ⺠The drug loading capacity and the solubility of the drug were improved by MWNTs and functional MWNTs.
