Abstract
Magnetic measurements reveal the presence of paramagnetic and ferromagnetic phases after implantation. The value of magnetization can be interpreted as due to defects rather than Co content. The ferromagnetic phase disappears after annealing and the paramagnetic phase grows in intensity.
