Abstract
⺠Zr-based metallic glass composite coatings are prepared by gas tunnel plasma torch. ⺠Increasing plasma current increases crystallinity amount and hardness of coatings. ⺠Coating produced at 300 A plasma current gives minimum sliding wear rate. ⺠Coating produced at higher plasma current gives lower erosive wear rate.
