Abstract
⺠One pot solution synthesis of well crystalline SnO2 quantum dots. ⺠Self assembly of quantum dots into mesoscopic spheres by surface adjoinment without template. ⺠Quantum confinement effect observed for SnO2 quantum dots. ⺠Luminescence and decay time indicate the recombination mechanism. ⺠Large area meso spheres with quantum confined properties of SnO2 quantum dots achieved.
