Abstract
⺠A facile approach for fabricating nanoporous metallic surface is proposed. ⺠The formation mechanism of the nanoporous structure is investigated. ⺠The morphology and wettability of the nanoporous surface are characterized. ⺠The nanoporous surface shows significant enhancement of boiling heat transfer.
