Abstract
⺠Intense femtosecond laser pulses lead to microscale self-assembly processes. ⺠Various structures on porous and corrugated steel surfaces are demonstrated. ⺠Process-controlling parameters are identified and examined. ⺠Technique for a defined surface pattern is developed.
