Abstract
⺠A boehmite film was fabricated on Al foil via a facile solution-phase method. ⺠The film possesses dual scale roughness (nanoplatelets on the microprotrusions). ⺠The surface exhibits robust superhydrophobic and non-sticking behaviors. ⺠The surface shows an excellent anticorrosion in electrolyte solution.
