Abstract
⺠A simplistic size-controlled synthesis of ITO nanospheres using selective wet-chemical etching. ⺠Growth of multi-layers of ITO nanospheres stacked one on top of another. ⺠Application of the ITO nanospheres in the current-spreading p-electrode of a blue InGaN/GaN LED revealing improved light extraction.
