Abstract
â¶ ZnWO4 nanorods are supposed to take on the character of n-type semiconductor. â¶ Surface states affect the increasing SPV response intensity and the red shift. â¶ Surface states make charge transport and recombination retardation. â¶ ZnWO4 (413Â K) possesses the most abundant surface states and the best photocatalytic activity.
