Abstract
⺠The approach is low-cost and the generation of product is highly reproducible. ⺠In the VLS processes, the content of Cd has a crucial effect on CdS nanomaterials. ⺠The CdS nanomaterials can be utilized in the industry of optoelectronic nanodevices. ⺠CdS nanomaterials obtained by regulating CdS to Cd ratio have never been reported.
