Abstract
⺠Nanocrystalline Cu coatings were successfully obtained on A6061 substrate via cold spraying. ⺠The microstructure and tribological properties were investigated. ⺠The enhancement of the wear properties of the NC Cu was attributed to the grain refinement and the superior hardness.
