Abstract
⺠Core-shell nanowires were prepared by combination of RF sputtering and MOVPE growth. ⺠PN junction was created between n-type ZnO and p-type GaP material. ⺠Focused ion beam was used for preparation of ohmic contacts to ZnO/GaP nanowires.
