Abstract
⺠Bulk graphite oxide was exfoliated into graphene oxide nanosheets in DMF solvent. ⺠PVDF/graphene oxide nanocomposite films were prepared via solution coating method. ⺠Graphene oxide was homogeneously dispersed and distributed within PVDF matrix. ⺠PVDF nanocomposite films exhibit a purely β-phase at very low graphene oxide content. ⺠Tensile properties of PVDF nanocomposites were significantly improved.
