Abstract
⿢The Mg-TiO2 powder was milled for 60 h and nitride at 650 °C.⿢Ball milled Mg-TiO2 powder mixture yielded a reduction in crystallite sizes.⿢The Mg-TiO2-N2 crystallized into two FCC phases with different lattice parameters.⿢Gas sensing was investigated on ball milled and nitrided Mg-TiO2 powder.⿢Mg-TiO2 60 h sensing material showed high sensing response and selectivity to NH3.
