Abstract
⺠The relative activity of immobilized trypsin onto chitosan modified microsphere was higher than that onto no-chitosan grafted microspheres. ⺠Zeta potential was used to evaluate the immobilization of trypsin. ⺠The surface biocompatibility of PSt-GMA microspheres is improved suitably for enzyme immobilization.
