Abstract
⺠We studied the nanostructural CuS thin films by spray pyrolysis method. ⺠For the first time we used copper acetate as the precursor. ⺠XRD data show various growth conditions lead to polycrystalline/amorphous films. ⺠By PL spectra we found the presence of quantum confined effects caused by nano grains. ⺠Hall effect data including hole density and their mobilities are presented.
