Abstract
► We studied the nanostructural CuS thin films by spray pyrolysis method. ► For the first time we used copper acetate as the precursor. ► XRD data show various growth conditions lead to polycrystalline/amorphous films. ► By PL spectra we found the presence of quantum confined effects caused by nano grains. ► Hall effect data including hole density and their mobilities are presented.
