Abstract
⺠This paper reports preparation of In6Se7 thin films by a non-toxic process of selenization using chemical bath deposited selenium. ⺠The structure, morphology, optical and electrical properties of In6Se7 thin films are described in this article. ⺠X-ray diffraction studies showed the formation of monoclinic In6Se7. ⺠The effect of indium layer thickness and selenium deposition time on the structure, electrical and optical properties of In6Se7 thin films is described. ⺠This material is having good scope as a photovoltaic material.
