Abstract
⺠Zn0.97âxCuxCr0.03S nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method. ⺠Synthesized ZnS:(Cr,Cu) nanoparticles were in cubic phase. ⺠Luminescence quenching was observed in doped samples compared to the undoped samples. ⺠FTIR spectra excludes that intact EDTA simply coexists with the ZnS nanoparticles. ⺠Enhancement of RTFM was observed in Cu co-doped samples.
