Abstract
⺠A method for transporting a monolayer array of 1 micron particles is developed. ⺠Patterning of hydrophobic surfaces is carried out for the first time. ⺠Coupled electromagnetic and thermal modelling is used for understanding process. ⺠Experimentation to generate features beyond diffraction limit. ⺠Repeated use of Contact particles is carried out for the first time.
