Abstract
⺠We prepared platinum-zinc terminated zinc oxide interface by platinum deposition. ⺠XPS core level shifts and band bending were investigated. ⺠Platinum deposition leads to zinc oxide surface reduction and platinum oxide formation. ⺠We determined band alignment of the Pt-ZnO interface determination.
