Abstract
⺠ZnS antireflection coating on Ge substrate is studied. ⺠We examine changes of optical transmittance versus deposition rates. ⺠Annealing enhances the transmittance of the samples. ⺠Annealing and deposition rate effects improve the adhesion of the ZnS to the Ge substrate.
