Abstract
► ZnS antireflection coating on Ge substrate is studied. ► We examine changes of optical transmittance versus deposition rates. ► Annealing enhances the transmittance of the samples. ► Annealing and deposition rate effects improve the adhesion of the ZnS to the Ge substrate.
