Abstract
⺠The importance of metal oxides for refreshing the atmosphere of an isolated space was indicated. ⺠It was indicated that the adsorption of CO2 on PbO was considerably enhanced in the presence of water. ⺠In the monolayer surface dispersion of PbO, both sorption capacity and sorption rate reached the maximal values. ⺠The wet PbO dispersed on surface of silica gel successfully captured low-concentration CO2 at ambient temperature and pressure.
