Abstract
⺠Mn doped ZnSe quantum dots have been synthesized by chemical route using N-Methylaniline as an organic ligand. ⺠Incorporation of Mn into ZnSe quantum dots and its influence on the optical properties of ZnSe have been studied. ⺠Thermal stability of the ZnSe quantum dots is really excellent and it is highly suitable for opto-electronics applications.
