Abstract
⺠Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis is developed to synthesize CNx. ⺠CNx prepared by this method have high yield. ⺠Imidazole as an additive in acetonitrile to control N doping and structure in CNx. ⺠Imidazole decreases nanotube diameter while increases nanotube length and yield.
