Abstract
â¶ Zn1âxCoxO thin films on sapphire (0001) substrates were prepared by PLD. â¶ Ts affected the microstructure, morphology and optical properties of all samples. â¶ The emission peak at 418 and 490Â nm was in relation to Zni and VOZni, respectively. â¶ The quantity of Zni remained mostly invariable under a fixed work ambient pressure.
