Abstract
▶ Al/Al2O3 multilayers were deposited by magnetron sputtering on NdFeB magnets. ▶ The columnar structure was effectively inhibited in the Al/Al2O3 multilayers. ▶ The multilayers presented excellent corrosion resistance.
