Abstract
ⶠVAC-functionalized ZnO nanoparticles have been created by plasma polymerization. ⶠVAC polymer layer is uniformly deposited on the surfaces of the ZnO nanoparticles. ⶠThe PL intensity of the ZnO nanoparticles is decreased due to the deposited films. ⶠPlasma films indicate better UV shielding ability for the smaller particles.
