Abstract
ⶠWe report results of our detailed studies on the initial oxidation process of TiNi. ⶠWe elucidated the oxidation processes using high-resolution XPS measurements. ⶠWe succeeded in fabricating thick Ni-free TiO2 layer on TiNi using molecular beams.
