Abstract
ⶠTransition from wavelength structure (LSFL) to subwavelength structure (HSFL). ⶠTransition is initiated by generation of new grooves on main ridges of LSFL ripples. ⶠRelationship between structures and their parametric dependence is established. ⶠSecond harmonic generation is responsible for the formation of HSFL.
