Abstract
▶ Wear of GLC film in aqueous environment includes micro-plough and delamination. ▶ Local delamination is critical to wear failure of GLC film in aqueous environment. ▶ Increase of film density will significantly reduce the delamination. ▶ Fabricating a proper interlayer can effectively eliminate the delamination.
