Abstract
- The PPy/SH-Beta/MCM-41 was nanometer in size and almost uniform in morphology.
- FTIR confirms the presence of SH-Beta/MCM-41 in the synthesized composite.
- This composite showed considerable potential for the removal of Hg2+.
- Adsorption process was controlled by Pseudo-second-order model.
- After desorption, adsorbent shows considerable removal efficiency for adsorption.
