Abstract
ⶠInSe thin film has been successfully fabricated by pulsed-laser deposition method. ⶠThe reversible capacity of InSe electrode of 410 mAh/g with the volumetric capacity of about 3302 mAh/cm3 was achieved. ⶠBoth alloying/de-alloying processes and selenidation/reduction processes were revealed. ⶠInSe was found to be a novel candidate of anode materials for rechargeable lithium batteries.
