Abstract
- Bimetallic of group VIII/MgO catalysts were tested for methane decomposition reaction.
- Fe-Co/MgO catalyst showed superior activity and stability toward H2 production.
- Both Ni-Fe and Ni-Co catalysts exhibited lower catalytic activities.
- The formation of MgxNi(1âx)O leads to the inhibition of catalytic activity.
- High quality MWCNTs were obtained over all binary catalysts.
