Abstract
- The molybdophosphoric acid/nanosized MCM-41 catalysts were prepared by impregnated method.
- The surface area values decrease gradually with increasing molybdophosphoric acid and calcination.
- 55 wt% loading of molybdophosphoric acid calcined at 350 °C contains the highest number of acid sites.
- The % yield of hydroquinone diacetate is dependent on the acid strength (Ei).
