- MWCNTs and CdS composite were grown by the solvothermal method.
- Photoelectron spectroscopy was used to analyze energy levels at the interface.
- The interface shows zero value for the Schottky barrier between MWCNTs and CdS.
- MWCNTs act as ohmic contacts for CdS nanoparticles.
