Abstract
⺠We elaborated a new technology for the synthesis of Ag-incorporated carbon coatings ⺠Silver incorporated in DLC matrix shows a tendency to agglomerate ⺠Incorporation of silver to DLC affects the roughness and surface development ⺠Doping with silver decreases the mechanical parameters of DLC coatings.
