Abstract
⺠Well adhered nanostructured coatings were deposited using agglomerated nanoparticles. ⺠Minimal damage to the substrates waswas observed. ⺠Deposition process postulated to be due to ionic bonding and charge effects. ⺠No change in the crystalline phase post deposition was observed. ⺠A 5-fold increaseresulting in photocurrent density was obtained on thermal treatment.
