Abstract

âº Structural and optical properties of pure and Cu doped ZnO thin films. âº Crystalline thin films growth by PLD at room temperature without post annealing. âº Cu doping affect crystal structure, morphology, and optical properties of ZnO films. âº PL spectra revealed decrease in the band gap with the increase in Cu concentration.
