Abstract
⺠Lead-free piezoelectric BCZT thin films were grown on Si by magnetron sputtering. ⺠The conduction mechanisms and local electromechanical properties were investigated. ⺠A considerably high effective piezoelectric coefficient of 94 ± 4 pm/V was observed.
