Abstract
⺠Different plasma polymerized films were generated on hydroxyapatite substrates. ⺠The effect of surface chemical functionalities on behavior of hASCs was examined. ⺠The NH2 modified surfaces encourage osteogenic differentiation of hASCs. ⺠The COOH modified surfaces promote cell adhesion and spreading of hASCs.
