Abstract
⺠Nitrogen-doped TiO2 layers were fabricated by anodizing a Ti plate in HNO3 solution. ⺠All the TiO2 layers could degrade methylene blue solution under UV light. ⺠The TiO2 layers with a larger crystallite size showed visible light response.
