Abstract
⺠ZnO thin films and nanorods were synthesized on ITO and Si substrate. ⺠Electrolyte concentration dependent structural and optical properties have been studied. ⺠Crystal growth direction changes along (002) by changing electrolyte concentration. ⺠Defects related emissions are strongly dependent on the growth conditions.
