Abstract
⺠We investigated impact of chemical treatment on the physical properties of SnS thin films. ⺠The SnS thin films were deposited by thermal evaporation technique. ⺠Chemical treated films exhibited excellent improvement in their crystalline and optical quality and thereby low electrical resistivity. ⺠The observed results clearly demonstrated the possibility of the development of good quality SnS films and thereby devices.
