Abstract
► We synthesize Mn doped BMT-PT ferroelectric thin films via a sol-gel method. ► We characterize the film structure by means of XRD, AFM, SPS. ► Sol-gel derived BMT-0.37PT-0.005Mn films exhibit the optimum dielectric and ferroelectric properties.
