Abstract
⺠Graphitic microporous carbon from amorphous carbon by metal sputtering text was fabricated. ⺠Multilayer graphene is formed via nanoparticle/ion bombardment at room temperature. ⺠The number of graphene layer formation is controlled by sputtering parameters ⺠Sputtering plasma manifests activation via dry-etching. ⺠Energy distribution of sputtered atoms/ions show knock-on effect for graphitization.
