Abstract
⺠The surface of a polylactic acid (PLLA) was coated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). ⺠MWCNT-coated PLLA showed remarkable higher wettability than uncoated PLLA. ⺠More Human osteosarcoma cell line (Saos2) adhered on the CNT-coated than those on uncoated PLLA at 2 h after seeding. ⺠MWCNT-coating on PLLA improved the surface wettability and initial cell attachment at early stage.
