Abstract
⺠Demineralized dentin matrix (DDM) is prepared by a pulverizing-dissolution method. ⺠Human tooth is rapidly pulverized with saline ice and dissolved in acidic solutions. ⺠DDM granules are soaked in a simulated body fluid to precipitate apatite crystals. ⺠Microstructure of precipitates depends on the demineralization situation of granules. ⺠In in-vivo, bio-absorption is recognized around the surface layers of DDM granules.
