Abstract
⺠Firstly, chimeric mouse model could be established successfully by bone marrow transplantation after irradiation. ⺠Secondly, bone induction can occur in wild-type mice 90 days after implantation, but not occur in chimeric mice. ⺠Thirdly, destruction of immune function will block osteoinduction by calcium phosphate ceramics.
