Abstract
⺠CHI and DCPD were mixed in nano-scale by co-precipitation method. ⺠Bulk CHI/HA materials derived from the CHI/DCPD hybrid material were obtained by hydrothermal hot-pressing. ⺠Fracture toughness of the obtained bulk materials was enhanced from 0.30 to 0.40 MPam1/2 by the CHI hybridization.
