Abstract
- Plasma treatment of polypropylene was performed using both O2 and Ar atmospheres.
- Plasma treated polypropylenes were analyzed by both FTIR and AFM techniques.
- Polyurethane-urea ionomer was found as an efficient coating for treated polypropylene.
- This coating increases surprisingly adhesion strength of oxygen treated polypropylene.
